About REFEA

The Real Estate Financial Executives' Association of DFW brings together senior leaders from across the Metroplex's commercial real estate industry. Our members include lenders, investors, developers, owners, and the professional firms that serve them. REFEA gives these leaders direct access to one another and to the people shaping the market.

Throughout the year, REFEA hosts a mix of speaker luncheons and networking events. Our speakers are carefully curated and have included heads of major public and private companies, Federal Reserve economists, senior banking executives, and public officials. Each speaks candidly to a room of peers about the forces driving capital, markets, and strategy. The perspective they share is rarely available in any other forum.

Our networking events are deliberately informal. They give members the chance to exchange ideas and build relationships with counterparts across the industry, and those relationships are often as valuable as the programs themselves.
